About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Programme Manager to join our team and lead the successful implementation and ongoing management of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role will be responsible for driving the overall program strategy, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of the ERP solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:

    • Develop and execute the overall ERP program plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget.
    • Manage the program scope, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and escalate concerns to senior management.
    • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business sponsors, functional leads, technical teams, and vendors.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, discuss progress, and resolve issues.
  • Implementation Oversight:

    • Oversee the implementation of the ERP system, including configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
    • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful integration with existing systems and processes.
    • Manage the rollout of the ERP system across different business units and locations.
  • Change Management:

    • Plan and implement change management strategies to mitigate resistance to the new ERP system.
    • Provide user training and support, ensuring successful adoption of the new solution.
    • Communicate effectively with employees throughout the implementation process, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Post-Implementation Support:

    • Provide ongoing support to users and maintain the ERP system, ensuring its stability and performance.
    • Manage system upgrades and enhancements, keeping the ERP system up-to-date and aligned with evolving business needs.
    • Monitor user feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Programme Manager with a track record of successful ERP implementations.
